We build software products that pull their weight.

The Phantom Company works from two hubs — business and operations in Paris, tech and product in Bordeaux — and is remote-friendly around them. We have been shipping since 2016.

We build software that helps sales and marketing teams do the best work of their careers, by taking the manual lead-generation work off their plate.

PhantomBuster, our flagship, is the no-code automation platform for hands-on operators who build their own workflows across LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and the wider web. PhantomBuster AI goes further for the rep who wants outcomes, not tooling.

We keep teams small and senior, give people real ownership, and keep the distance between an idea and a shipped feature as short as possible.

We are building toward a more human internet for professionals. We help sales teams reach the people who genuinely want to hear from them, never spam. Outreach that is legitimate, respectful of the person on the other side, and the kind we would be glad to receive ourselves. Quality over volume, signal over noise.

From a single automation to a product company.

  1. 2016

    Founded in Paris

    Guillaume Boiret and Martin Tapia found PhantomBuster and join the Numa accelerator in Paris, with a tool to automate data extraction on the web.

  2. 2017

    Paris to San Francisco

    The team joins The Refiners in San Francisco and Station F in Paris, and shifts focus from developers to sales and marketing teams.

  3. 2018

    Finding its audience

    Repositioned around sales and marketing, PhantomBuster hits its stride as teams adopt it to automate lead generation.

  4. 2019

    From toolbox to platform

    PhantomBuster 2 launches — a full automation platform with 100+ ready-made “Phantoms” that extract, enrich, and reach leads across LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and the wider web.

  5. 2020–2024

    A global product

    Sales and marketing teams in 100+ countries adopt PhantomBuster across a dozen platforms, from LinkedIn and Sales Navigator to Instagram, HubSpot, and beyond.
