Cynthia Boissieux is People Operations Manager at PhantomBuster, where she leads the people function and supports the team across the full employee lifecycle. She joined PhantomBuster in 2023 as an HR Generalist and stepped into the People Operations Manager role in 2025.
Before PhantomBuster, Cynthia spent more than three years as an HR Generalist at Fortinet, acting as the people point of contact for around 500 employees across France and Africa in a fast-growing international environment, and earlier led the HR function as Responsable RH at Hygienarome Services. She began her career in international mobility and HR roles in Shanghai, with PSA Peugeot Citroën and the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in China. She holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from IGS Lyon and is completing a Master in Social Law at Université Bourgogne.
