Ieva Paskovska is Head of Customer Enablement at PhantomBuster, where she scales the team and processes that support customers. She joined PhantomBuster in 2021 in Customer Success and went on to hold Quality Assurance and Customer Service Team Lead roles before stepping into her current position.
Before PhantomBuster, Ieva spent more than five years as an Account Manager at Festicket in London, managing relationships across a large portfolio of major accounts, and held customer service roles at Booking.com and Tallink Silja. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship from the Latvia University of Life Sciences and Technologies and studied management at Laurea University of Applied Sciences in Helsinki as part of an Erasmus exchange.
