Marie-Louise Courcoux is Legal Manager at PhantomBuster, where she is the company's sole legal counsel and reports directly to the CEO. She covers the full legal scope of a scaling tech company, from strategic commercial, supplier, and partnership contracts to regulatory work across data privacy, IP, AI, and competition law, as well as corporate governance. She joined PhantomBuster in 2025.
Before PhantomBuster, Marie-Louise was a senior legal counsel at Christian Dior Couture and spent four years at Ubisoft as a legal counsel for commercial, tech, and IP matters across mobile, PC, console, and VR games. She earlier held legal internships at Amazon and Chanel. She holds a Master 2 in Industrial and Intellectual Property Law from Paris-Panthéon-Assas University and a Master 1 in Business Law from Université Toulouse 1 Capitole.
