Maren Beckman is Head of Data at PhantomBuster, where she owns the company's data strategy and leads analytics, experimentation, and the data stack that powers prioritization and decision-making. She partners with leadership and product teams to define key metrics and supports the machine learning engineers working on agentic AI systems. Maren joined PhantomBuster as an Analytics Engineer in 2024 and progressed through Staff Analytics Engineer and Analytics Manager roles.
Before PhantomBuster, she spent five years at Lytx, advancing from Business Intelligence Engineer to Senior Database Engineer, where she built data pipelines and led cloud data migrations. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley.
